  1. I just can't fall asleep. I am very chilled, have no pains, no addictions, no fear of death ,no anxiety.
I just can't fall asleep, when I do, I sleep like a baby. So, started with clonazepam, problem fixed. But I know taking this drug too much can develop issues. So, I am starting with CBD next week. Let's see how it goes. Thanks for the video.

  2. May I know what is CBD stands for ? Is it referring those gummies supplement? And my last question is, for those who currently have sleeping difficulties and generalize anxiety, will the CBD help both issues? Thank you 🙏🏽

  3. I had insomnia for 24 years. I was in hell and life was not worth living for me. Boy oh boy this stuff works incredible. My concentration and focus is so much better at work! I sleep like a baby.

  4. Every now in then I develop insomnia and was prescribed Clonopin – Clonozapen to help with the anxiety and sleep . Are there any brands you recommend ?

  5. The dosing you explained in the end makes a lot of sense . I’ve seen that low doses does not help with sleep even though they reduce anxiety, but higher ones do. Thanks

  6. I started extra strength CBD capsules last June and take one before bed. I'm finding improved focus but my most recent MRI in Nov had 5 new lesions but I have no new symptoms and my overall health seems to be improving.

  7. I have been using full-spectrum CBD (not the hemp-derived version which does absolutely nothing for me) for years. It helps with pain, anxiety, and tremors for me. For tremors, I need a 40:1 ratio.

As you are undoubtedly aware, Sativex (a 1:1 CBD:THC) is a prescription drug in Europe used to augment the efficacy of certain commonly used MS drugs, most notably those for spasticity. I have found it to be very effective, especially in tincture or spray form. A patch can be very helpful for me when undergoing Solu-medrol therapy. It is more helpful for me at night than straight CBD. Do you have experience with any patients using it?

  8. Interesting I say to myself while watching this a 2 am 😅 do use melatonin but I build up a tolerance quickly and have to stop for a while before it works again. Also it doesn’t help with the other issues you mentioned which do effect me. Will be talking to my Dr.
Question do these gummies have zero thc? Because I can’t use thc

  9. I once was on sleeping meds (Zopiclone) and developped a dependency: i.e. they stopped being effective and worse, I had rebound insomnia when I stopped taking them. Wouldn't CBD also pose a similar risk? (we can become dependent on all kind of things even if they are "natural". For example, I'm dependant on my two cups of coffee every day 😊).
Question 2: I read that the half life of CBD is quite long: 18 to 32 hours. Would that cause us to feel groggy the next morning? Also, would CBD help if our issue is waking up in the middle of the night and not falling back to sleep?

  10. I can confirm that it works. And you will feel much better than after taking meds. Because it is natural. It also took away my night cramps.😊

  11. Great video Doc- I like how you are incorporating homeopathic/ all natural remedies into the MS treatment arsenal. Refresh CBD gummies do add calmness. So it would be a great adjuvant to a bedtime routine ( if mind won’t shut).
    Great vid Doc

  12. Is it true that people who have ms have shorter life span than those who do not? I can't feel my legs anymore or my fingertips. I've been diagnosed since 95. I'm not on any ms meds. I was on copaxone for 10 years until I started having side effects.
