  2. Currently vaping at work, having been focused on school, work, relationships, and a side business. I will say having those things to work on and put time and effort into is making the quitting journey easier day by day. Thank you AddictionMindset

  3. 15 years no cigs this august 🙌🏻
    I smoked 40 a day from 12-18 years old

Quit alcohol 2 years ago this august
And weed 2 years this October

My issue is I’m super bored and lonely
My friends are dead or on drugs
My dad died and ex gf and I don’t speak anymore since that was toxic

I have health issues and sit inside a lot because of anxiety depression

Also got off benzos a year ago in September
Was on those for anxiety since 2007
    It’s been hell…

I’d say list the pros and cons to doing what ur addiction or habit is

    If it’s worth it
Does it stand in ways of goals
Why u chose this and do it

    Always here to help

  4. I've been over a year without smoking or vaping nicotine and I've had very few triggers but I think it's because I built a solid steel door to that part of my mind and made an unchangeable agreement with my self I would not let it out no matter how bad life gets.

  5. Trying to quit nicotine first then working on the other. Nicotine is keeoing me hanging on so im quitting that starting today at least the detoxing period from nicotine is shorter than w**d

  6. I went five days with out smoking nicotine and recently relapsed.. everyone that Ik smokes nicotine including my fiancé. I’m hoping this time I can fight the temptation. I’m tired of the ball and chain of nicotine.

  7. So far NONE of this is helping me quit or has helped me quit nothing feels as good and I’m as good at nothing without pot or smoking everything I’m obsessed with I do better with the substance (not even in an addiction way I just function better) I have no supports service at home to help me quit I can’t just not go to work for two weeks to quit

  8. I'm going to be honest. When I first started watching videos on this channel I didn't like them or this channel. I thought it was just a guy preaching about quitting vaping in order to get people to pay for addiction coaching but my opinion has now changed. I can tell he is making these videos because he genuinely wants to help people quit their addictions with or without addiction coaching. I'm trying to switch from vaping to nicotine replacement therapy. I know this guy isn't a fan of nicotine replacement therapy but it works much better for me than the cold turkey method.

  9. Today is my first day quitting vaping. It's all i can think about. I know if I can make it 3 days I'll be ok. Ive already done this like 3 times before.

  10. I started smoking weed pretty consistently on a daily basis since 2004. It was a combination of my peer group as well as things going on in my life and I thought it would be an answer to my anxiety fast forward to 2023 and I got on other drugs and got off those other drugs, but still have not been able to give up cannabis. I even quit nicotine in 2017, but my cannabis consumption increased, and I am really ready to be fully free of all crutches. though I do drink Red Bull when I work because I work at Amazon and I do 12 hour shifts but I only drink Red Bull when I’m on shift to help get me through my physical job. I think that seems reasonable but if anybody else has other opinions I’d love to know them.😁

  11. I’m going to download your book I just came on YouTube searching for some help. I really need to quit vaping for my health. But I feel so lost on where to start. It’s been a lifetime battle and I always end right back here… with headaches and feeling like garbage but I keep vaping… like why can’t I jsut stop…
