  1. I cut up turmeric and ginger root in a pot, add water to cover, coconut oil, fresh ground pepper, ceylon cinnamon and a dash of cardamon. Place on stive and bring to light bubble, and turn off. When just warm, I add QUALITY honey and Place in jar and store in frig. Add a tbl to mesh tea ball in mug and add hot water. I add a little fresh organic cream, its sooo good.

  2. I take it in the morning, 1tsp turmeric , 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 2tbs coconut vinegar, 2tsps honey, a mug of hot water. I take an hour before breakfast and it makes me feel great the whole day. No more body pains when I wake up in the morning which I usually have.

  3. No one here has said how they are taking turmeric how are people preparing it and actually taking it and can it also be applied as a cream to help with arthritis pain. Can someone advise please

  4. I used the correct amount of turmeric and ground black pepper for a few weeks with milk and afterwards with food After about 10-14 days my eyesight got better I felt better and I also added Moringa powder Nowadays I feel strong

  5. After giving birth I have been having very painful hemorrhoids. Every month I got them and it was debilitating.

    I started taking a daily shot of turmeric powder and black pepper in warm water and wow they went away! I’m shocked how powerful turmeric is.

  6. I'm 80 , young, old, and everyone in between, all think I'm 55-60 and always ask me what I do to look so young.
    my 1st answer is of course, genetics, then I tell them, I eat properly, ( thanks Mom), sleep at least 7 hrs,
    no smoking, no alcohol for me, At 32 I stopped totally. I'm not a witch burner, so I think a glass of dry wine is good for the
    tummy, but not for me. I of course supplement with vities and minerals. The thing I like best is Tumeric,
    which I use every day, A heaping tea spoon with 1/4 TSp. blk. pepper. Some times a tsp. cinnemon, then hot water 2/3
    in large mug then top off with pure creme, mmm good. P/S me and 5 syblings have quite oily skin which helps aging
    with few wrrinkles or grey hair. Again genetics. If I had dry skin, I would use coconut oil.

  7. Can I be drinking Tumeric/Ginger tea throughout the day with a dash a pepper to achieve the same results? I don't want to put the coconut oil in bc I'm intermittent fasting until my evening meal so is taking the tea just mostly useless without the fat? Thanks for such comprehensive and valuable content not just for beauty for for health as well. Keep up the great work!!

  8. Watched recently do not use tumeric and ginger together…and becareful to watch for iron deficiemcy with use of tumeric…it supposedly makes it so we do not absorb iron well.

  9. I'm 70 & have soft skin with few wrinkles. I've been taking turmeric for 10+ years! I never heard of the benefits for skin. HOWEVER.. I sliced through my thumb knuckle & nail with a brand new box cutter at work. I kept fresh turmeric in fridge for my salad.. so I grabbed a piece, put a few slices on the cut with 2 Band-Aids.. It was HEALED completely the next day! Just a faint red line. It NEVER hurt at ALL! 😮 Also yrs later, I fell on wet concrete, hitting my forehead & right knee. Put turmeric slices on both! NO pain, no bruising, slight bump on head. Now I'm learning how Black Cumin seeds & oil, ( Nigella Sativa) heals! It's being studied for cancer treatment!
