  1. It helps to slow my brain down so i can do the normal taske exoected. Its nit about boredom for me. Its about slowing down so i can focus on a specific task or else im starting a 100 things and finishing 0 😊

  2. You are incorrect with what you are saying, maybe you should do some actual research before spreading erroneous information that is based on RX bias. Marijuana and CBD are highly controlled and tested. FDA knows nothing about marijuana and has no business testing it anyway. I have ADHD and I can tell you without a doubt both CBD and Marijuana are life improving and yes a wonderful herb provided by mother nature. There are no harmful side effects. I have researched every ADHD available and they all have far more side effects. Please stop spreading false information about things you obviously know NOTHING ABOUT.

  3. Saying from a background from someone who is diagnosed, I have listened to a lot of skilled scientists who have spoke to different people and looked at research, plus I have smoked on and off for long periods of time throughout my young adulthood. The frontal lobe in someone who has adhd is having trouble comprehending thoughts and placing value on them, making impulsivity a problem. The way stimulants try to treat adhd is treating it as a straight attention disorder by stimulating a certain place in your brain which improves alertness, partly fixing someones ability to focus. The troubles with placing value on certain things can be really emotionally hard on a young person (ADHD or not, but especially with) when experience lacks it is large life events we feel. The cannabinoids we’re ingesting with THC/ CBD are out competing the endegenous cannabinoids regulating mood, metabolism and such by communicating with other cells in the body. By regulating this you’re regulating your impulsivity for food, energy and how you value things by choosing to smoke before or not. The strength of the strain, either sativa/ indica type 1, 2 or 3 depending on how you’re feeling. But if you drown yourself in smoke ofcourse you are going to be feeling lazy, not motivated and lots of other side effects.

The most negative side affect for me is my cognitive thinking and motoric skills, which is probably due to how our frontal lobes react.

With other words you are taking care of your body with a substance instead of letting the body take care of itself as it very well can throughout life. The detrimental affects is that with smoking you are thinning the frontal lobe and reducing it’s chance of being able to regulate on your own. As you with experience being able to regulate your mood and how you feel with weed/ exogeneous cannabinoids.

This is my experience atleast and what I think based on other peoples research. Hope this contribute to someones understanding of it. There are ofcourse more positive and negative affects but the drug has really showed individuality in how it works with different people, I suggest you try your way!

  4. Microdosing cannibis greatly helped me along with reishi mushroom extract. It calms my mind and body. Microdosing can definitely make adhd worse. I'm talking 1/2mg of thc oil with cbd infused

  5. How is it that such smart young people out these days don't just start a direct democractic research site. You create databases according to the replies from the public, no one gets paid, no one gets charged but the information gets used to create your own products and aides to solutions to all those in need; The smart kids can then write a policy idea or invention or societal improvements in tech, sci, or humanitarian. Left and Right, working…side by side in cubicles of course.

  6. As someone with adhd and was on weed for years I can tell you it’s a bad combination. Weed is basically ADHD in a roll…:saps motivation, short term memory gets shot, sense of time goes out of the window, intrusive thoughts, disorganization….to mention a few. Weed makes adhd worse, in the short term and even worse in the long term

  7. Are 8:04, he mentions THC being addictive. While it might be psychologically addicting, it should be pointed out that THC is NOT physically addictive, like alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine. Let’s not even talk about pharmaceuticals . . . !!!

  8. It pretty much stops, or greatly reduces, the thoughts of hopelessness and passive suicidal ideation. I feel like it calms me and allows me to see the positives in life. No one should feel negative living in Hawaii 🤙🏻

  9. It helps me get in to that hyper focused state easier when I need to. But at the same time it can also keep me from that state when there are already to many distractions. Anecdotally it is a double edged sword, but without it I felt worse mentally. I do feel days I go without because I know important things need to get done I tend to get those things done all on that day, but that may be from me feeling less anxiety overall. 🤷‍♂

  10. idk abt yall but when i smoke weed i literally go feral and cannot stop my thoughts and i keep zoning out and it literally feels like im in another world and i keep going and coming back like every two seconds and im pretty sure i have adhd so what is it?

  11. As someone with ADHD ..sativa dominate strains have a lot of positive benefits. Motivation ,creativity , etc… Indic’s strains are positive for relaxation and sleep both are positive for pain… both make me feel grounded… each to their own…

  12. Def in support of more research on ADHD and cannabis in ADULTS ONLY… NOT adolescents or children! The human brain does not fully develop until age 25. The prefrontal cortex is the last part so by exposing adolescents and children to cannabis at that age can cause serious triggers into potential other mental health disorders ….

  13. I haven’t used marijuana in over 35 years, but when I did it allowed my mind to deeply relax. I didn’t smoke that often, but enjoyed it when I did. All these years later ai would say it helped slow down the chronic racing thoughts.
Years later I was put on Paxil and FDA approved drug that ruined my life. I lost everything I had worked so hard to build. If I had it to do over I would choose continuing marijuana usage and never taken the FDA approved medication.

  14. I found the sativa strains were very positive for me. I was so creative and active while I took that stuff. Now I am getting an ADHD screening and I will be trying Cannabis legally finally here in Australia. How the times have changed.
