  1. Bro I have general anxiety PTSD I’ve been smoking weed for like 17 years and I’ve only quit three times and that time the longest was six months. Yeah I like weed, but no matter if it’s Indica or sativa or hybrid, or even a certain amount of edible but every single time I smoke my anxiety goes up and when I quit, it goes away a lot not completely but a lot, I remember when I took the first hit again after quitting. Oh I felt the difference. I take Prozac and I’ve never felt a full affect because of their marijuana.

  2. I react almost the same way to weed and all the different types.. it’s awful experience. I wish it was different but glad I’m not alone.. I also have adhd, CPtsd, depression, anxiety, selfharm, cocaine addiction in the past too.

  3. Have you tried CBD? There's studies that show smoking a 20% CBD strain helps with anxiety, even if it's smoked with 20% THC simultaneously

It might not help everyone, but it's a useful tool if it works

  4. I have anxiety and adhd and have had
bad experiences with marijuana in my younger days 18-19 and pretty much hated it. I took low dose edibles for the the first time in my 30s and it was not bad at all. I felt a lot calmer and happier for sure. I know some prefer the mind high from smoking it, but I prefer the feeling from ingesting it better. I also noticed that on the rare occasion when I do smoke very small amounts like one to two hits was more tolerable for me.

  5. Some folks love weed with ADHD. I'm a recently diagnosed person but I hated mixing it with Adderall and it made my anxiety go completely through the roof.

So I am cutting it out. Weed is great for some folks with ADHD and the pot/Adderall combo is also good for some people but I fucking hated it. I'll always be a cannabis and medical cannabis advocate but for my purposes it's not right to smoke right now.

  6. The main thing I'm curious about is if it affects anxiety if you take 2-10 day breaks between, like if u smoke on the weekend only and go the whole week or 2 without or just a few days. And I'm kind of a beginner and barley do it every day and take different breaks of that time frame due to restrictions and money

  7. Bro i have been smokin weed since 3 years regularly.. few months back i got my first panic attack when i was high on weed.. since that day i didnt smoke weed am just scared of it . Still i’m getting panic attacks when i’m sober..

  8. i’m sorry but when you said it was like a cluster-fuck of all your mental illness fucking each other i spit out my gum laughing 😭

  9. It's your tolerance it does that to mostly everyone just gotta get it up try Delta 8 thc keep doing it every day use a cartridge then take one two two puffs your tolerance will shoot up then move on to edables then once you notice your tolerance is high try indica strains I use to freak out n now I'm fine it helps

  10. Bro why you smoke a joint or start with one then wait 10 minutes and dont take another one till its been 10 minutes
Plus its not just taking weed theres also weed therapy you should do when you smoke

  11. I have to say that weed is a hit or miss with me. When I do too much I freak tf out. So I have to control my doses and I have to be busy and drink water. Water acts like a ground technique so I don’t go into an anxiety attack.

  12. Anxiety is often from a fear of losing control. I too am diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety and have used thc to help me focus and get through tasks. My experience has been wonderful, certainly a great alternative to adderall in my experience.

  13. I just started with medical marijuana and it has changed my life! I love it, it helps with so much with so many different areas in my life. I can't say enough great things about it. The docs stopped giving me Xanax and this was my last option that I knew of. I have tried everything! Weed was my last hope and it delivered. But, you gotta do you!

  14. Hello Eric, I am wondering if you tried medical marijuana because the thc is lower which is primarly responsible for the hallucigenic properties ie the paranoia etc ?

  15. I've been trying to figure out my relationship to weed for years….from self-medicating with it and being addicted, to going months without it more recently and feeling good without it…it seems like nowadays it makes me feel amazing while high, but I'm wondering if it might make my lows lower the next day.
Anyway, thank you so much for sharing your experience.

  16. Yeah I know what you mean I still smoke but sometimes I smoke a strain that gives me the energy and the warm patches and Racey thoughts, and there's some were I can function fine and I'm relaxed

  17. So I start watching ur video for some information. Not gonna discredited u cuz u are HD+ for everything and had a rough upbringing cux I've found having a degree doesn't hold anything to personal experience. But then u go on to 1.) speak on a medicine and it's effects on the body that u admittedly don't even take, and 2.)say "I'm a "recovering" cocaine and alcoholic addicts….who takes zannies….claiming recovery. An alcoholic, taking LITERALLY the pill form of alcohol…ok all credibility just went the way of the dodo, and I 100% do not doubt that u where prescribed this. It just goes to show u the medical community doesn't know dick about addiction still. When u decide to get serious about ur PRIMARY disease, quit takin that shit(which u will have to do at rehab,u can't just quit taking zanax),feel what detox REALLY feels like…then post videos like u know what ur talking about

  18. What wonderful compassion for other suffers, the only thing that cures my funk depression is Sativa, in the morning benzo creates a fog of depression for me antidepressants magnified depression this disability, is a beast studying the Law of Attraction helps prayer helps meditation helps Depression is silent and haunts like a dark cloud

  19. Oh the world of disorders… don’t you just love the Psychiatric Model.. everyone has something these days.. hard to find a resilient functioning person these days lol

  20. I definitely feel this i have had some bad experience with paranoia and anxiety a little cbd helps my anxiety and weed helps my depression bc currently I cant get therapy it doesn't take away the sadness but helps me to go on to another day and not feel as much hopelessness I think when I get therapy I will be doing alot better thank you for sharing your experience tho and not bashing anyone who it works for😊🤎

  21. I'm diagnosed with CPTSD and weed is the only thing iv found that helps with it, I'm also diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder bipolar type, anxiety, BPD amd anorexia, weed helps with my anxiety my depression my extreme moods my nightmares my paranoia, and it helps me function, I'm also a suicide attempt survive and struggle with suicidal thought and ideation and self harm, weed helps alot with my suicidal thoughts and self harm, I dont want to destroy myself when I'm high, i mean I guess everyone is different but weed really helps with my mental health and there are days that are so bad the the only reason I dont kill myself is because im high, I was also a alcoholic for years and on cocaine meth and alot if other shit and got clean from everything using weed, im now over a year clean from drugs and 1 month sober from alcohol, but yeah this weed is tbh one of the reasons I'm still alive, and I haven't attempted suicide on almost 2 years amd that's the longest iv ever gone without attempting suicide since I was 8 years old, so weed has definitely helped me and that's why I smoke everyday, I'm on 7 different meds a day multiple times day and weed helps more than any of the meds, so yeah

  22. I have adhd for me weed sativa strain at common dose helps me function and enhance body performance and help regulate my emotions and motivates me.
Edit 95% of my weed consumption was afghan hash not marijuana I'm 22 smoking since 14 almost daily

  23. I have Tourette’s Syndrome. School K-12 was tough. Began using cannabis at age 18 and life got better. I never used it before or during work, but helped in the evening and staved off most of my impulse actions through the next day. Started drinking coffee at 21 working long and stressful technology related retail hours. Became addicted to caffeine. 7 years later was drinking a venti drip coffee with three shots of espresso three times a day to feel & think normal. Fast forward to passing the age of 40 and the wife convinced me I may have ADHD. Turns out I did… and I learned roughly 80% of those with Tourette’s have ADHD. Using cannabis responsibly in the evenings helps me slow down, sleep and cure the muscle tension amphetamines cause.

I’m a believer in CBD and medical use cannabis. I’d love to hear from others who have Tourette’s of you have similar or different results.

P.s. – the two different strains of medical cannabis make a huge difference!!!

Sativa for daytime or creative/up lifting use.

Indica for sleeping/severe body pain & ailments. Indica is NOT good for day use. Remember it by thinking “IN-DA-Couch” … the classic “stoner” stereotype association.

I also agree with other comments – medical cannabis use means responsible use. You use too much, you get “high”. Exactly the same as taking too high a dose of ADHD medication, except you can have a heart attack from amphetamine salt overdose… you can’t die from marijuana use, but you can sure feel silly, tired, or have the mad munchies if you abuse it!

Stick with the rule for everything in life – ALL THINGS IN MODERATION.

    🤜🏿⚡️🤛🏼

  24. Eric eat the weed. It doesnt get you high but it does make you relaxed. Just chew up a bud and swallow. Sounds weird but I'm telling you. I'd like to hear what you think.

  25. hey!! there are Many species of weed. just like indica, sativa, anfibia.. maybe a sativa will set better for you. Also CBD to taiste the flavour is another way to smoke and dont get high. but if u know that you cant smoke, do note smoke!!

  26. I've been on weed for 4 years when I was homeless. And I smoked a lot.It made me feel like a zombie but I also made it through the day on it somehow. At this time I didn't take meds.I stopped about 5 years ago when I moved to the facility and started taking meds again
