Let me see if the stoners in Missouri are any smarter than the kind in California. Yes, the availability of good, clean weed, no major jail time, robbery and misc. mayhem from a shady dealer are gone, the convenience of a product without everyone spending three months of gymnastics…..what an opportunity. It is NOT legal. It is DECRIMINALIZED. IF a condition of legal existed, the price of a gram or ounce or whatever weight, the price would be very low. The plant is a standard OF currency, just like silver or gold, the market sets the value to a specific point. Having State tax, and onto how many people have to "create" the system using the plant….THAT is artificial. Being able to have as much of weed as I want is proof of it being legal.

Took long enough. Its amazing how alcohol, which is 1000X worse for your health is totally legal, yet a harmless plant that grows out of the ground is viewed as some evil to society. I'm glad to see we've finally broke the stigma. I smoke it for health related issues myself. I suffer from severe migraines/problems with my nervous system, and Marijuana made it possible for me to a live a better life free of constant pain. The legalization is going to create tons of new jobs for Missouri, open entrepreneurs to new business opportunities, and will bring much needed tax revenues for the entire state.
The tax revenue will help everyone. Can't wait to see the projects it helps. Plus it should help keeping the officials from raising general taxes…. stay stoned people. Your helping all of us.

I got out my pipe stuffed it with pot
You better believe it held a whole lot.
I whipped out a lighter thumbed up a flame
Sucked down that smoke which comforts my brain.
I tried alcohol smoked cigarettes
They did nothing but give me regrets.
My mom had arthritis could not walk around
I rolled her a joint she danced on the ground.
I thought I was losing my lovemaking knack
After I smoked some to me it came back.
Soon I decided prices were high
I searched for some ground I wouldn't have to buy.
I bargained for seeds from smokers all around
Got in my truck and drove out of town.
I walked through the woods where wild birds nest
Found me the meadow I thought was the best.
I dug up the ground sowed all my seeds
Said a small prayer for strong, healthy weeds.
I watered at night with a five-gallon pail
Mosquitoes went hungry for I wore a veil.
Seven months went by; I thought I would die
Till the Halloween moon was high in the sky.
At night I went out, in a camouflage suit
Used my corn knife to chop down the loot.
I hung it up to dry where it couldn’t be found.
Came back and got it, when it had turned brown.
I trimmed off the buds, stuffed them in bags
Called all my friends and passed out free drags.
In less than a week my crop was gone
I flew to St. Thomas with a love hungry blonde!!
