You'll never get rid of the black market until you get rid of the tax and licensing fees. How can the legal market compete with a tax-free product that is more potent than what Maryland allows, and I can receive it in the mail.
I think they should legalize cocaine and all the other drugs that are currently illegal in Maryland…with their WOKE first black governor. After that they should legalize shoplifting, and ignore all traffic violations. ( SARCASM). Downtown Silver Spring has already gone to the dogs. Montgomery County smells of pot even in grocery stores, so what the heck!
