I always think conspiracies, and in most cases some three letter agencies of the west do cause sabotage and espionage operations in countries to cause dispair and panic. The timing of the explosion comes when South Africa is making headways in global politics. I smell a rat, and this was no mere explosion there was an external hand in play.
