  1. After going sober for 2 weeks…slept like a baby, smoked for the last 3 days and got absolutely no sleep, no dreams… I know people love weed but the science is right. Weed isn’t good at all for a restful night. Just speaking on real world experience

  2. Medical professionals are always cagey when it comes to anything cannabis related. I get that they need to be careful with what they recommend, but THC and CBD are both safe compounds that have been used medicinally all over the world for centuries. Adults should not be afraid to carefully experiment if it is legal where they live. In my opinion, dosing is the key to effectiveness. More is not necessarily better. I found that taking just a small dose worked best for me. Less is typically more effective… I get the best sleep when I vape just 2 or 3 light pulls of full spectrum CBD oil, which contains a trace amount of THC, about 60-90 minutes before bed. The small amount of THC seems to help me fall asleep faster while the CBD helps me stay asleep longer and sleep deeper.

  3. It helps immensely. I have ptsd and been dealing with health issues. I use both thc and cbd. It’s not for everyone. But for me it’s been way better option then sleep medication
