  1. I stopped 5 years ago.
I miss it and sometimes i want smoke at end of day but dont do it.
Now can make brownies and eat some fish with rice and salad with it. It's just awesome. Feel thousands times better.

  2. I smoked weed for 22 years I wanted to give it up for the past couple of years but found it very hard I stopped longest for 9 days I always got the munchies and would end up in a loop of over eating staying up late watching shit eating crap not looking after myself and this year my soul/spirit was like ok you wana see how dark this attachment can get, I fully went in and down into the depths of this negative loop for a good 3 months and then I a woman I know was doing a cleanse an I just knew this would be it to start this course and stop smoking and I did i last smoked on the 3rd of may and I’ve never felt more like Myself, and more grounded, new beautiful opportunities have come into my life since.. I needed to let that go for new paths to open. What I have brought is some mixed herbs and flowers so if I do feel like smoking something which isn’t everyday anymore that’s what I have. I’ve come through years of addiction with other substances to so if u do want to give something up it’s possible it may take a bit longer than you think it should or want to but if u truly want change your make it happen, sometimes we have to fall to rise.. Blessing and love to you ❤

  3. I've been cooking with herb for some years now and love it. Put it in soup, fish cakes, stew, mashpotato, salad, rice dishes, lamb chops, bake chicken, etc. It really set a get together with friends and family on a higher level.
