It's the fact that we have laws, rules and regulations in place to prevent this exact sort of incident happening ,however, those laws, rules and regulations have just been largely ignored and now all those people have unfortunately paid the ultimate price simply due to negligence…
Very sad that we have homeless jobless desperate people in South Africa that used to be a land of plenty. Thanks to all the politicians of all colours for making empty promises to desperate humans. You live in luxury whilst so many are dying of hunger and despair. Remember as you sow so also shall you reap. Do not think giving 100.00 vouchers or a t shirt and fried chicken at voting that it will keep you out of your deserved lot. Karma is a female dog she will sniff you out.

The cause of the fire is obvious. WHY HAVEN'T BUILDING INSPECTORS CLOSED THIS BUILDING
At this point it is more humane to mass deport all illegal immigrants.
