  2. I've had Valerian root extract B4'-it does help for sleep & against Stress.. About Ashwagandha': MAYBE it's capsules' contain other harmful additives/valerian root is used in major'Drug' Prescriptions'which have other' added harmful' Ingredients'-for Market'Profit, obviously consumers overall aren't aware of that'Industrial Market Fact'.. I used more lone'-Valerian Root' extract supplement' capsules-cost less and it'did well for me,"and I was a live' Wire'!"😊💜

One thing that was not mentioned here is that for some women, it can increase their testosterone levels to an uncomfortable amount &/or the balance between testosterone & estrogen can change in ways that are not pleasant. Some healers say that Ashwagandha can have a Shamanic like effect on a person. This may or may not be comfortable for the average person. This herb when taken in a very potent form can be too much for some. If the thyroid is affected this can throw off a person's body chemistry.

  4. I started taking ash and I noticed that in the morning after breakfast I would jsut become absolutely through the the roof iLL like bed ridden my stomach would kill me i would feel super faint and and bloated and going to the bathroom. Guess can’t rely on supplements all the time

  5. this is literally natural testosterone booster, just a week of taking it my workout has improved significantly (ive been working out for 10 years now, im 23 rn)
    i've also noticed my sex drive go up.. because i do not normally go round 4 or even 5 👀

  6. 2:45 I have been taking Ashwagandha for some time now I get it in 500 gram bags, I take it with Shilajit and Boswelia making a tea. Along with Chaga ! There’s no match for how good I feel. With no hang over from a drug or alcohol. It’s like I smoke indica right before bed I sleep wonderfully and wake very energetic and happy. Like I go to sleep in coma and my alarm clock is a Defibrillator waking me up the next morning back to life !!!

  7. Lmao, they say all these terrible things and then interview people and all of them only had good experience. At least that's balanced repporting in a way, but the pharma companies probably paid to make a hit peace how dangerous it is

  8. Idgf if the FDA regulates this or not. As a medical practitioner myself, I've seen most anything regulated by the FDA end up being terrible for patients in the long run, when vitamins were a better cure for the situation. Not FDA money making drugs. Also the FDA let's 800 different chemicals into our food system that other countries do not.

    I was told to try this by my functional medicine doctor due to my adrenal glands operating high off the scales, even when I'm completely calm. I do get sleepy,so I take it every evening. I take 400mg. I do believe 200 to 400mg is a good place to be from what I've been seeing.

  9. Ashwagandha has been used, researched and studied for years. Stop attempting to educate yourself on herbal supplements from a 30 sec Tick Toc clip. I would be embarrassed to even admit that.
