..it was Clint Eastwood just based on the police sketch. "Go ahead, ..make my day." Clint Eastwood, ..it ain't hard to set him off, .. probably gave him a stale Twinkie, ..he's very picky about his Twinkies, ..you don't wanna mess with Clint Eastwood's Twinkies.. 🤷🚽🇺🇸
The guy saying he doesn't remember what the video guy said is standing out to me. How in the world would he not remember what is said by the main person of interest???
I don't think the two in there were actually the targets. She wasn't supposed to work that night. If it's targeted, she was supposed to be at home. I do think the store itself was targeted.
Every time you see a police department or prosecutor hold a press conference without first having a private meeting with the victims' families, please know that all you're seeing is an attempt at damage control. The way that this man positions himself as an opposition to the families and the air he gives off like he doesn't have to answer to them reeks of narcissism and incompetence. If you think that victims' families are your enemy or an obstacle that you need to avoid, you don't belong in law enforcement. He knew he was fucked the second he walked out there and saw the families/documentary crew and not just TV cameras/reporters. Instead of handling like an emotionally intelligent human being, he got defensive like a child getting caught bragging about something he didn't actually do. Bet he didn't think his little press conference was going to make it into the documentary. He thought they were done filming already. He thought this would be a response to the completed project. Amateur thought he was doing something really slick with his little "update" scheme.
Seems a common thing that small podunk towns muddling up serious investigations like this all over the country. Humans make mistakes, especially when they lack the experience. I bet if someone who had some "bigger" connections in the town/county/state was murdered things would be at a lightnings pace. Great job with being the victims voices and making this case more known and talked about.
Great documentary! There was such a contradiction from the police in this case! The former chief said that KBI got involved from the start. But I'd they did I shudder to think that the STATE division of the FBI could screw it up that badly! Prayers to the families!
I doubt they know who did it, they may have an idea but I highly doubt they have an actual suspect. It doesn't make sense that they wouldn't be able to arrest or at least question this alleged widely known suspect because they don't have DNA. Almost every case in this country is based on circumstantial evidence and that doesn't stop the courts from trying and convicting people everday based on said circumstantial evidence.
📢🧨📌🧨🚨🧨📢🧨 ATTENTION FOLKS LISTEN UP IF YOU REALLY WANNA KNOW ABOUT THE DNA HERES THE LINK TO THE PRESSER FROM KBI TALKING BOUT "NEW EVIDENCE & ITS DNA" I CALL BULLSHIT ITS NOT NEW EVIDENCE THE DNA HAS BEEN IN THEIR POSSESSION FOR ALMOST 22 YRS NOW!!!
MY GUT😲 FEELINGS ARE SCREAMING, 🤯 "PLANNED& PERSONAL"…ATTACK, MURDER, MOTIVATED BY PERSONAL FEELINGS.. THIS LADY ABSOLUTELY KNEW HER MURDERER, IN MY OPINION!!! MAY THIS BEAUTIFUL SOUL REST IN PEACE FOREVERMORE🙏💜🙏💙🙏💜
Family members, are not usually willing to hear the facts about many issues discovered during an investigation. From the beginning of the video 3 different family members of the same victim, had completely opposite opinions of the personality of the victim. Yet refused the information about drugs, her being a witness in a pending case,She would have told them, Well She Didn't..
New nothing about this case. Well done Aaron. A colleague of mine will be moving there to be with family when he retires in a year. His niece works at Walmart.
Why not try familial DNA?
Great job on the doc.
There's alot of wanna be law enforcement in this video.

You really can't expect the police or detectives to routinely call to report unchanging statuses.
Why can't they put the DNA in a national database? It was collected from a crime scene and victim. Everything is evidence.
If it was botched, it was intentional. The motive isn't a robbery. That store had something else going on.
I'm thinking more than one person involved.
Why would they need to take the sink?? They can get evidence from the sink without removing it.
I wonder if the business was used for some illegal activities?

That police dept.. should be charged with theft by deception…. they only pretend to be professionals ..

Many documentaries like this one about other cases. All with the same anti law enforcement theme.

Who was the father of her girls? Who wound up raising them?
18:40 Or someone who knew the odds of getting caught (by the overconfident bafoons in charge of this investigation) were slim to none.
Oh, it's just the dollar bread store. Not high profile enough for the cops to give a crap.

The two victims found at the store were witnesses to a homicide so the perpatrator killed them and disappeared the third victim.

This doc is unnecessarily dramatic
either the Police did a piss poor job or there is A Cover up!

FBI needs to look at it. Apparently no one in Kansas is capable enough.
Enjoyed this! I hope this is solved soon!
With all due respect you have to be a complete idiot to take a polygraph that has been proven PROVEN to work 60% of the time That’s a fact
The cops really screwed this up

What about Familial DNA inquiry? If they have the DNA then DO IT!!!
Im amazed the director didnt use the drone for the interviews also, imagine, the whole doc couldbe been drone shots!
Moral of the story is, if you want to get away with crime, give Kansas a try.

My grandma came from the era that that poor old lady came from and there was no way in hell she’d ever use a public bathroom.
Top job Aaron I'm really hoping this helps and someone sees this who may just have that little piece of evidence that can break it wide open. 🙂
