  1. I get my dog's Organic Full Spectrum Hemp Oil with Black Seed Oil from Dr. Karen Becker which comes from the Dr. Mercola Market. It has reduced his seizures from several a week to 2 or 3 per month. Both I and my dog Mister are very happy about this. BTW now whenever he rarely does have a seizure it is shorter in duration and much less severe. TY Rachel for all you do. God Bless you!

  2. Help! *can my new rescued high energy dog have cbd up until being neutered or will that interfere with anesthesia?* I just rescued a Boston Terrier. He's supposed to be two years old. I bought him from someone who told me all this stuff about him that wasn't true. I had to take him once I saw him – he is practically skin and bones.
I live in an apartment and I'm doing everything I can to train him up to standards and taking precautions, he's so sweet but has no training. Has loads of energy that I'm trying to help him release it by playing, mental stimulation etc but I think a lot of it is the atmosphere he was in.
Anyway I'm getting him neutered in 17 days – marking is an issue. Can he have cbd up until surgery or will that interfere with anesthesia and if so is there a different calming option that wouldn't interfere wth anesthesia?

  3. My dog had a bad episode of pancreatitis and I had to change his diet to a lot fat diet. He never had the greatest appetite because of this and very sensitive to diet changes. This caused me to introduce CBD treats about an hour before meals. This has both increased his episode and we have not had any further episodes of pancreatitis. There have been times were we have been more lax in giving him his daily CBD and can immediately notice softer stools and lack in appetite. This is for me proof in itself that this works for him. He is doing amazing.

  4. I know I only listened to the beginning of this but already – using the word "cure", saying its been "proven" and then saying "anectodal evidence" is so problematic. Anectodal evidence is not proof and there arent any human studies to show that CBD is a cure for anything. You are doing a huge disservice by falsly presenting health information in this way. If you are going to refer to scientific studies, please put a link to them in the description, at least. Anectodal evidence is considered the lowest form of evidence that scientists dont consider enough to constitute proof. Very few things in the health sciences have been "proven" by science. I can literally count them on 1 hand.

  5. Hi @rachelfusaro, thank you for sharing this information with us. I learned so much and am eager to try Angela's products. Unfortunately, I live in Canada and, as mentioned, she cannot ship across the border. Do you know of any Canadian companies that make the mushroom tinctures? We have plenty of companies that produce cbd for pets, although the strongest I can find for my dogs is 500 mg, which I have used but now understand why it didn't have the desired effect. Any 🇨🇦 recommendations you have would be appreciated. My four dogs range in age from 16 yrs to 16 months.

  6. We tried CBD for our senior dog's joint pain/arthritis, but it didn't help. I really wanted it to work because I felt it was a more natural option. We did notice improved mobility and comfort when she was on carprofen. Our vet warned us that Carprofen wasn't good for her Liver in the long-term, but she was an old dog anyways (nearing end of life), and we just wanted her comfortable at that point.

  7. CBD is found to inhibit endocannabinoid signaling in a dose-dependent manner, likely by binding to CB1Rs' allosteric site and altering the potency of other primary ligands (e.g., endocannabinoids, THC)
