Vape gate, in my opinion had less to do with the actual metal, but the location Shenzhen china,which shares a train line with wuhan. Wuhan–Guangzhou high-speed railway. Which would have allowed the virus to leak from the lab onto the workers assembling vape carts and parts. Product was shipped over seas, filled with product and the respiratory virus took hold.
« legalization » never translates into what the word seems to imply when made political.
