  1. Ramadan (the month of fasting) is coming .. As child in muslim family I thought why we don't eat during ramadan. But As I grown and listen to science now I realize the amazing benefits of fasting. From childhood I was told our last Prophet Muhammad SAW advised us never eat to full belly and eat when you are hungry. It very good to know the science behind the advice of our Prophet.

  2. I guess it doesn’t work for me. I “fast” daily. My body isn’t hungry all day. I only think to eat once a day. Gotta remind myself to eat and the reminders are from headaches and dizziness. I’m not even skinny so yeah it’s not working for me lol

  3. That growth hormone spike is transient and causes 0 measurable difference. That 1300% test increase she pulled out of thin air. There us no data supporting these claims.

  4. I don't think this is good for everybody. Depends on the activities, lifestyle and where you live. In US I'll definitely fast with the high amount of obesity and Monsanto. I seriously think the fasting fad all of sudden became so big as a result of health issues and obesity. We just cant tell people: please dont eat junk, McDonald's and so on. So we come up with fasting. Look at certain part of Italy, south America… the blue and green zones of the world 🌎 and see how many times a day they eat. You won't believe. But it's healthy. Rice,bean,meat. Their chicken looks like one so thin and hard meat. Please do your research. Vilcabamba in Ecuador, Honza, Okinawa.. people read and do research about proper way of eating and socializing while eating, even if you put on weight, you are healthy. They ruined our lives with hormones and bad way of raising animals. This is why you have to fast. Lesser junk food

  5. I notice that joint burning starts up if eating sugary items, certain fruits and vegetables.
    If eating only carnivore then no joint pain.

    She doesn't mention to stop consuming crap.
