First off, they specifically have to show if it has THC in it. And Nebraska for one it's not legal here for pure THC, it can not have any greater than 2% THC and its at such a low dose that it's not even enough to be psychoactive. I work for the FAA and use CBD all the time, never once did I piss hot on a drug screen. I use pure CBD no THC, even if I did 2% is so fucking low than on a 50ng/ml or even DOT 15ng/ml it would not register.
This is why you buy from reputable shops/vendors the provide their result reports. Every lab I work with is under heavy regulation and needs to report to the government regularly.
